In-Memory Business can have a partial review of your document(s), following an NDA sign-off process without charging anything. You can see the result and decide whether you'd like to progress with our services or not. If we believe that we do not have the availability of our resources to provide feedback on specific documents, modules, or topics, we will inform you beforehand.

In normal circumstances, our delivery lead time is one week per document, but actually, this is very much dependent on your documents and the scope of work. We will not be able to provide you with a definite lead time before we see the documents you'd like us to review.

No. In-Memory Business will not be providing any consulting services for the documents reviewed, as this will also impact the "unbiasedness" principle of the work we do. We are not to replace your implementation partner, or your internal resources who are providing all the details following an analysis carried out for the completion of these documents. We will only be providing guidance about how the document should look like, and whether the documents align with each other or not. We will also be providing you with gaps and risks that we see in alignment with the content and context of the documents.

We will be commenting on the existing content and will not be creating any new content in your documents. We may be providing you with new attachments, comparing tables or documents with each other, or explaining things in more detail, but this will not be a consulting service. For example, we will not be telling how the master data metadata should look like, or how it should be looking, but we will be providing you with gaps and risks associated with the existing content.

We can review any ERP project relevant document. Business case, programme and / or project management plans, risk management plan, schedules, requirements list, functional design documents, blueprints, workshop notes, test plans, test scenarios and scripts, cutover plans, training plans, etc. are typical ERP project documents. As our experience is mainly with SAP solutions, we provide our services for SAP ERP projects. We are happy to discuss about other ERP solution implementation relevant documents, too.
